Rate: $20/hr

Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

Responsibilities

General handy person work
Perform minor repairs and maintenance
Lawn care, leaf and snow removal
Report major damages to CFO
Changing light bulbs
Minor plumbing and drain clearing
Transportation of supplies
Light painting
Putting together classroom furniture
Assist custodian where needed
Fill in for custodian as needed. Includes:

Maintain building entrances
Prepare or maintain building for the day by taking out trash
Undertake custodial and janitorial tasks


Assist with other tasks as assigned and needed

Qualifications
High school diploma
Clean drivers license
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects and operating machinery and or tools.
