About the Role
The Linen Services Associate receives, stores, collects, and distributes, tracks and transports linen (sterile, clean and/or soiled) for assigned areas throughout the hospital in a safe and efficient manner
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Stocks and distributes clean linens and apparel, adhering to infection control guidelines
- Performs daily inventory to ensure clean linens and apparel are accurately stocked and distributed.
- Inventories and refills linen carts to standard level in preparation for delivery to user departments, including filling and emptying scrub and linen equipment
- Adheres to, and promotes, linen control policies and procedures.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to carry out the duties of the position; prior experience in institutional environmental services is preferred.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $ 16.49 – $ 17.50 per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
