Providence is calling a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis who will:
- Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for the group’s operational budget (comparing budgets at the GL account level, performing budget versus actuals variance analysis for monthly and year to date views)
- Provide forecasting for total year performance for the departments operational budgets
- Focus on measuring productivity
- Serve as a member of the service area team
- Sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance
- Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
- Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses
- Apply advanced knowledge and skills
- Perform difficult and complex tasks
- Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts
- Support larger and/or more complex service area teams

Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of analytical and business experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
- 2+ years of healthcare related experience
- Experience in Labor Productivity Analysis
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) budget versus actuals variance analysis
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
