Our partners include Amazon, UPS, USPS, eBay, BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Walmart.</p> <p>Our values</p> <p></p> <p>About the role</p> <p>The Associate Implementation Specialist will manage and deliver the implementation requirements of key and corporate customers and co-ordinate all parties (both internally and with our customers) and deliverables for small and medium new business accounts.</p> <p>What will you be doing?</p> <p><strong>You will implement solutions in our clients' systems through:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Verifying trial implementations on the test environment,</li> <li>building test scenarios,</li> <li>implementing changes on the production systems of our service recipients,</li> <li>contacts with couriers and eCommerce sellers to determine the requirements and details necessary to implement accurate solutions,</li> <li>conducting workshops and training for retailers.</li> </ul> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>You have been studying IT related subjects as part of a degree or technical studies,</li> <li>Having a keen interest in IT and like to learn about new software/tools in your spare time,</li> <li>Having the ability to think analytically and create optimal solutions for problems encountered,</li> <li>Ability to manage yourself in time,</li> <li>Having experience in working with clients,</li> <li>Ability to identify and properly respond to their needs,</li> <li>You are open for occasional business trips to clients to learn about the specifics of their work environment and to determine the optimal range of services and required support,</li> <li>You are able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.</li> </ul> <p>What will make you stand out?</p> <ul> <li>You have experience as a Customer Implementation Specialist in the IT industry.</li> <li>You have experience in dealing with business clients.</li> <li>You're interested in new technologies.</li> <li>You're interested in system architecture or configuring electronic devices.</li> </ul> <p>What do we offer?</p> <ul> <li> <strong>🗓️ Annual Salary Review: </strong>We are reviewing the salaries of all our teams annually to evaluate an increase according to individual performance and the business results.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>💙 <strong>Up to 150 USD/year to match your NGO donations</strong>!
