We are currently seeking a Project Manager to manage key internal projects + strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive projects efficiently and in an organized manner.
Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end implementation of key internal initiatives + strategic initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate updates + execution to the Professional Services strategic roadmap
• Build effective project work plans that align with internal initiatives and priorities of the organization
• Manage project timeline, scope, resources, and next steps according to unique project work plans
• Perform active maintenance and administration of work plan within PSA tooling
• Document and communicate project status to ke
• Proactively manage project risks/issues and facilitate challenging conversations with leadership and core team members
• Facilitate formal + informal project updates + presentations to leadership
• Report on key metrics and deliver measurable performance outcomes
• Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of Omnicell's internal processes to drive project management delivery
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time with a high degree of internal satisfaction
• Define, socialize, and support project success criteria/goals
Essential Functions

• Communication: Proficient in all forms of project communication throughout the implementation. Proficient facilitation of different meeting types including project kickoff, project status updates, customer account review, and project retrospective.
• Influence: Understands the importance of influencing cross-functional teams, communicates project vision, aligns teams to that vision, and actively manages team culture. Can influence and align customers to project vision.
• Problem Solving: Recognizes situations of resistance, seeks input to help positively mitigate and resolve. Proficient in identifying problems early and formulating a path forward. Able to execute to plan and communicate effectively on problem and resolution
• Disciplined Execution: Executes on the defined processes for project management and holds project team accountable for maintaining a detailed workplan including task level assignment tracking and proper resource planning.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in project management and/or healthcare information technology consulting
• Proven experience with full life cycle of project management implementation
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• One year of experience working within healthcare information technology, professional services, or a customer-facing role
• Experience with CRM, ERP, & services automation applications or program/portfolio management tools
• Healthcare + pharmacy industry experience
• Experience building strategic priorities and applying OKR frameworks
Work Conditions
• Customer + internal team travel as required
• Work across multiple time zones
• Extended hours in front of a computer and using video technology
