This is an exciting time to join a recently formed and rapidly growing team. You will have a diverse and interesting responsibilities including client facing consultancy, business generation and people development. You will instinctively recognise opportunity to drive productivity and improve our clients' outcomes.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>: </p><p><strong>Key Client Management</strong></p><ul><li>Be the key client contact on a major project and client account</li><li>Lead client engagements and provide technical delivery and assurance of projects</li></ul><p><strong>Service Delivery</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop and deliver data-driven solutions in collaboration with clients and other business units to drive insights and performance</li><li>Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements and end-to-end data processes</li></ul><p><strong>Team Management</strong></p><ul><li>Development of the team and inspire them through commitment and enthusiasm</li><li>Foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance</li></ul><p><strong>Business Generation</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and contribute to business development activities and proposal writing</li><li>Identify and establish new relationships, whilst maintaining and developing existing relationships</li><li>Take knowledge or experience and translate into new ideas or solutions</li><li>Market appraisal and client needs</li><li>Opportunity and pursuit management</li><li>Proposals, bid preparation, client interviews and work winning</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in data and analytics </li><li>Business acumen – understanding the commercial market and using your knowledge to secure and extend business opportunities</li><li>Proven people management skills</li><li>Be adept at communicating, influencing and driving change</li><li>Experience of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL</li><li>Extensive experience in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView and Excel</li><li>Experience in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub</li><li>Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service</li><li>Experience in quality assurance and change control</li><li>Knowledge in master data management, database management, data warehousing, data modelling and ETL concept</li><li>Sound understanding of technology infrastructure and implementation</li><li>Understanding of project controls tools and process</li><li>Knowledge of Building Information Modelling</li><li>Exposure to Digital Twin and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions</li><li>Degree educated or equivalent experience in a technical subject, e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>Full time, permanent</li><li>Competitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits</li><li>Pension</li><li>Car Allowance </li><li>27 days Annual leave,2 Company days &amp; 1 volunteering day </li><li>Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projects</li><li>Career development opportunities both in Ireland and globally</li><li>Opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleagues</li></ul><p>Our people share our Purpose and Values.
