The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Conclusion and management of agreements for (IT) services</li><li>Profit and loss responsibility for customer contracts</li><li>Sales of new and existing technologies</li><li>Monitoring and reporting of the agreed service level</li><li>Holding reviews with customers regarding service delivery</li><li>Planning, calculating and monitoring service availability</li><li>Ensuring that the service is up to date Risk analysis and risk management</li><li>Create and test disaster and recovery plans</li><li>Service budgeting (planning, compliance and monitoring)</li><li>Accounting and charging of the service or service</li><li>Analysis of capacity requirements</li><li>Planning, monitoring and calculation of resource capacities</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>several years of experience and proven track record in Service Delivery Management</li><li>Fluency in business English AND German</li><li>Knowledge of Service management methods and techniques</li><li>High service orientation attitude with advanced social skills, patience and empathy</li><li>Mature communication/consulting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Confident use of computers, customer service software, databases and MS Office programs</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.</p>
