Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer specializing in collaboration tools to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and other productivity suites. This role involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and improve business workflows across the organization.

Specialized Skills and Technologies

• Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 platforms.
• Proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx, client-side development, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and integration with third-party services.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and identity management solutions.
• Strong experience in workflow automation, using tools like Power Automate.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meeting with the design team to gather website and application requirements.
• Setting tasks and development goals.
• Configuring the company SharePoint systems to meet specified requirements.
• Developing new web components using SPFX Framework
• Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
• Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Testing and debugging code.
• Reviewing website interface and software stability.
• Troubleshooting software issues.
• Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications.
• Providing systems training to staff and customers.
• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks.
• Skillful in highly functional UI/UX design processes.
• Testing and debugging capabilities.
• Expertise in databases and documentation.
• Experience with cloud technology.
• Business process automation skills.
• Support Service Now tickets.
• Migrating data to Different SharePoint platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and managing collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
• Strong experience in leading technical projects related to collaboration tools deployment and upgrades.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions tailored to business needs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and efficiently.

Nice To Have

• Certifications in Microsoft technologies  
• Experience with enterprise-level migrations of collaboration platforms.
• Experience with document management systems and content governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices for collaboration tools.

Physical Demands
