The Job Description
· Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner· Act as a liaison between Yellow Dot's customers, technicians, salespersons & management· Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments· Maintain & update customer records based on interactions· Process invoice payments· Provide information about products and services· Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns· Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers· Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position

Job Requirements

· Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required· Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers· Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion· Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment· Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
