About the role
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the full-cycle talent acquisition/recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Create and manage reporting metrics for talent acquisition.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity within the workplace as a member of the culture committee.
- Electronically manage employee records for benefits plan participation, personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics reporting via Workday HRIS.
- Coordinate activity within the learning management system and required annual training; Partner with external vendors to manage benefits programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, 401 (k), leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Investigates accidents and prepares reports for the insurance carrier as needed.
- Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Perform other duties as needed.

- Understanding of employment law, labor laws, and current HR trends is vital for compliance and effective HR practices.
Data Analysis & Literacy:
- The ability to analyze, interpret, and apply data to inform strategic decisions and support day-to-day operations.
Software Proficiency:
Skill in using HR software, such as Workday, ADP, and Microsoft systems for recruitment, performance monitoring, and other HR processes.

- The capability to utilize and adapt to innovative technologies and digital practices to improve HR's impact and prepare the organization for digital transformation.
