ServiceNow Developer (Active Secret Clearance)

The ServiceNow Developer will develop, design, and manage technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform for a military-focused instance. This role involves overseeing the administration, application development, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow by leveraging web programming techniques and best practices to configure and deliver robust client solutions. The SME will utilize App Engine and Workflow automation to create dashboards, visualizations, workbenches, and automated workflows, with the aim of establishing a central operational workbench for end users within the designated ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience with data in the DoD environment
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong background in workflow automation on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience working with officers and action staff
• Familiarity with process engineering and development
• Knowledge of federal and state information security laws, including NIST, HIPAA, DoD regulations, and PII/PHI implementation
• Experience in developing flow charts, swim lanes, and process flow designs for large organizations
• Skilled in gathering requirements through interviews and stakeholder engagements
• Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and resolve customer issues, while supporting team dynamics
• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Security+ Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification
• Active Secret-level (or higher) US Government Clearance
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to commute to designated onsite work locations as needed
