Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy

Overview:
A highly visible role in the Global Partnership (GP) division of TKO. The role will have the opportunity for cross-company collaboration to support sales growth on WWE and UFC, structure go-to-market strategies/packaging and tap into new markets for expansion.
The position is a heavy project management, jack-of-all-trades role that requires independence, critical thinking, proactive collaboration, and presentation skills.
A solid understanding of building budget models and financial forecasts in conjunction w/ the VP is also part of the position.
WWE and UFC offer a diverse set of assets selling traditional sports partnerships into our PPV/PLE events, digital media, programmatic website display ads and social media platforms; as well as talent agency deal structuring for our super stars (appearance, brand ambassadors, photo/commercial shoots).
Responsibilities:
Construct a comprehensive revenue and inventory reporting dashboard system that fosters insights and action for leaders across each division of TKO.
Work with VP Strategy and Operations Manager to build, maintain, and update a systematized rate card to aid in deal measurement and evaluation
Create inventory utilization reports; recommend packaging and pricing strategies in tandem with marketing solutions and sales divisions.
Coordinate with data/insights (D&I) and technology to foster self-serve Business Intelligence environment. Automate ingestion of data from 3rd party digital partners (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, GAM)
Develop processes and reporting for account management team to report on delivery performance of partnership assets and unlock opportunities for upsell/renewals
Perform a series of ad-hoc analysis: break-even, supply-demand, yield analysis, what-if, regression, market sizing that leads to optimal use of assets in marketplace sales pitches.
Aid in efforts to revamp or improve process for monthly financial/accounting; coordinate with FP&A on revenue, earnings, and tracking capabilities
Build executive dashboard reports where applicable. Coordinate w/ other divisions to build robust client spending and presence across WWE portfolio
Work with D&I/technology on evaluating potential vendors/partners to provide valuation tools and 3rd party data to aid in the valuation of GSP sellable
assets
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience with BI Reporting Tools, CRM systems, data/tech platform building tools
Advanced Microsoft excel, Tableau, financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Intermediate SQL, coding and backend platform management nice to have but not required
Understanding of financial recognition rules in revenue reporting
1-2 years supporting a sales advertising or sponsorship organization
Comfortable presenting to middle/upper management
1-3 years management experience nice to have but not required.
