Do you love customer service? At Foundever, we're growing and looking for a Customer Service Quality Specialist (QA) to join our team in Malaga. 

 

�� Your mission:

• Evaluate interactions with customers to measure service quality according to hospitality standards.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and identify areas for improvement.   
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and prepare actionable reports.   
• Collaborate with training teams to update materials and conduct training on best practices in service.   
• Work with management to develop strategies that improve service delivery and customer experience.   
• Maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to management.

 

�� Requirements:

• University degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field. 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.   
• Native or bilingual Dutch and Advanced English (minimum B2), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.   
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.   
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

• Permanent contract.
• Competitive salary and benefits package: 25,000 € gross/year.   
• Shift and Work Hours: 39h per week.   Monday to Sunday Rotating Shift from 8:00 to 22:00.
