Brave Virtual Xperience is the business unit of the Group dedicated to products, projects and experiences in the Metaverse and Web3.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

• Support on innovation projects across OTB companies and internal team related to Web3
• Work collaboratively with other team members, especially within Marketing to integrate initiatives as needed
• Develop strategic insights through detailed quantitative and qualitative research and analysis of the Web3 space
• Conduct competitive analysis and create benchmarks
• Stay up to date on industry trends and monitor developments across tech, regulatory and industry sectors
• Support the project management from ideation to execution
• Monitor project performance, aggregate and share out results
• Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops to guide the strategic direction of projects
• Communicate efficiently across and outside the organization
• Managing contractors and vendors

 

 

Profile

 

• Bachelor’s studies in business or marketing preferred
• Experience with Web3/crypto technologies, AR and VR
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
• Passion for refined user experiences and an eye for detail
• Excellent presentation skills, including decks creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Positive attitude, team spirit, resilience, tenacity, and willingness to get their hands dirty
• Proficient in English
