Private Alternatives Technology Delivery

Who You’ll work With:

We are seeking a dynamic Delivery person to serve as the operational backbone of our technology team, ensuring seamless collaboration across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Application Development, and Business Analysis functions. This role is critical to maintaining team velocity and removing impediments that could impact our data-driven initiatives and application delivery.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and facilitate all scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews) using JIRA. Maintain and optimize sprint backlogs, ensuring proper story estimation and task breakdown

- Coach team members on agile best practices and continuous improvement

- Track and report on team velocity, sprint goals, and delivery metrics

- Act as primary liaison between our technology team and enterprise technology teams

- Proactively identify and eliminate blockers related to infrastructure, security, and enterprise tooling

- Coordinate technical requests and approvals with enterprise teams

- Manage dependencies between Data Engineering, Analytics, and Application teams

- Facilitate and track requests for market data access and integrations

- Coordinate with external vendors and internal procurement for data licensing

- Manage timelines for data onboarding and integration projects

- Partner with Business Analysts & Data Initiatives and Solutions teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables

- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams

- Coordinate business UAT and feedback collection processes

- Manage team communication channels and documentation standards

- Familiarity with modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran)

- Understanding of analytics platforms (Sigma or similar BI tools)

- Basic knowledge of Python/Flask application development

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile project management tools

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years' experience as Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar role

- Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams

- Experience with data engineering or analytics project delivery

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience working with business analysts and product teams

- Ability to translate between technical and business language

- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills

- Understanding of financial services data requirements (preferred)

- Experience with market data vendors and licensing (preferred)

- Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements

- Team sprint completion rates and velocity trends

- Reduction in blocked stories and cycle time

- Stakeholder satisfaction scores from business teams

- Time-to-resolution for cross-team requests and dependencies

- Market data integration delivery timelines
