Licensed Clinical Coordinator

Merakey is looking for a Licensed Clinical Coordinator for our adult Long-Term Structured Residential (LTSR) programs located in the Germantown and Chestnut Hill sections of Philadelphia.  

 

Salary mid to upper 60's per year based on experience.

 

GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Treatment

• Conduct group and individual therapy with residents.
• Complete monthly Treatment Plans for assigned residents.
• Work with residents on developing and attaining recovery goals.
• De-escalate crisis situations and debrief staff as needed.

 

Program Coordination

• Monitor the workflow of the daily shifts.
• Communicate clinical information to incoming shifts to ensure continuity of care for residents.
• Supervise the Shift Supervisors that are assigned.
• Monitor the documentation completed during the shifts.

 

Administrative

• Have knowledge of the LTSR regulations and Merakey policies and standards.
• Ensure direct report completes all assigned training in LMS.
• Participate in the weekly Treatment Team meeting as a Mental Health Professional.
• Participate in meetings and trainings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

    Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet or exceed the following:

• LSW, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, PsyD.
• Min 2 years of applicable experience working within the Adult Behavioral Health field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to go between our 2 locations in the Germantown and Chestnut Hill sections of Philadelphia.
