Description
Background
We are a nonprofit managed services organization serving the diverse IT needs of Oklahoma nonprofits and schools. Our staff of 18 support 125 organizations representing 140 office locations across Tulsa metro area and eastern Oklahoma and 4,600 end user devices. We have worked with nearly 500 organizations across our six programs. We are adding to our team serving the Tulsa metro area and eastern Oklahoma to sustain our growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule, pickup and transport in kind hardware donations to the 501tech office, 501tech warehouse or ESF warehouse.
- Sort and process in kind hardware donations into appropriate channels… scrap electronics, other scrap, 501tech resale, and program redistribution.
- Manage 501tech resale channels.
- Reimage program grade PCs for redistribution to nonprofit clients.
- Process other program grade donations for redistribution to nonprofit clients.
- Complete work assignments made through the helpdesk in a timely manner.
- Keep all work areas and warehouse spaces neat and organized.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Technical training or trade degree in IT systems (desirable but not required).
- A+ Certification (desirable but not required).

- Ability to work and manage priorities and tasks independently in a highly structured process.

- Engaging and passionate about serving non-profits and supporting the 501tech mission.
Physical Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- The ability to sit in front of a computer monitor for one to two hours at a time.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly up to 75 pounds in team lift.
- The ability to use a computers, tablet and mobile devices.
