Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Warehouse Technician for our Raleigh, NC team.  

This dependable and collaborative professional will serve as a key contributor to the success of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining high standards of efficiency, and supporting the team in achieving operational excellence.

This position reports to our 10 Day Facility Coordinator. This role is onsite at our warehouse in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities: 

• Waste and document preparation; regulatory and safety review.
• Load & unload incoming & outgoing trucks.
• Forklift operation.
• Waste inventory management using Triumvirate designed software and computerized waste tracking system.
• Supply inventory of the warehouse.
• Learn and retain a basic knowledge of daily work practices.
• Become familiar with packaging guidelines and disposal facility selection.
• Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations, DOT regulations, Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices, Triumvirate’s Part B permit, and EPA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with end facilities as well as fellow employees to solve complex issues.
• WOW internal and external customers!

Basic Requirements: 

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of or desire to learn hazardous waste field.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Successful completion of OSHA/DOT physical examination.
• Become fit tested for a respirator and be comfortable wearing respirator for multiple hours a week.
• Valid driver’s license.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship 
• Must have a reliable form of transportation 
  
• Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC) 
  
• Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment 
  
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis 
  
• Ability to work overtime on a regular basis 
  
• Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday) 
  
• The Warehouse Technician frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment. This role is considered safety-sensitive. 

Preferred Requirements: 

• Prior relevant industry experience 
• Active HAZWOPER 24 or 40 hour certification
• Willingness to obtain Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
