Job Summary:Under the direction of the Fidelity and Consultation Services Manager, the Contracted Programs Fidelity Supervisor leads a team that supports quality and fidelity of modern contracted services to achieve desirable service delivery to children and families. This position works collaboratively with Program Development Specialists, the Office of Procurement, and other DCS staff. In addition, this position ensure practice to standard work and program manuals, jointly coordinates provider meetings, and ensures timely and accurate data and visual management standards are used within the unit. Travel may be required for official State business.
Job Duties:- Oversees the daily operations of Program Fidelity, including development, sampling, monitoring, and review of contracted DCS programs. Facilitates data reviews with stakeholders, provides coaching on fidelity and site visit expectations, and leads related meetings.
- Provides direct supervision and professional development to the unit through regular 1:1s, performance management, quality assurance reviews, and coaching. Leads team meetings, gembas, and huddles to support alignment and continuous improvement.
- Maintains strong relationships with contracted service providers and internal/external stakeholders, and ensures staff do the same. Facilitates problem-solving and participates in cross-functional meetings, including jointly coordinating quarterly provider meetings. Travel may be required for official state business.
- Provides technical assistance and coordination to DCS and contracted programs. Conducts trainings to inform staff and providers about available services for children and families, in conjunction with Learning and Development.
- Monitors and interprets data related to contracted programs. Participates in the development of goals, objectives, and data plans in collaboration with the Practice and Program Services Manager and Procurement to ensure alignment with Department needs.
