If you thrive on collaboration and love creating win-win relationships, we’d love to have you on board.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong> <span>📝</span></p><ul> <li><p>Develop new ideas with AI that will move the needle and execute them effectively, such as new Go-To-Market actions partners motion</p></li> <li><p>Own the reporting to management team of the partners in order to give visibility and suggest new initiatives</p></li> <li><p>Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams to ensure effective implementation.</p></li> <li><p>Set up and maintain best-in-class tracking systems to monitor the business and make data-driven decisions</p></li> <li><p>Find new strategic partnership outside Spain</p></li> <li><p>Replicate Spanish success case in the rest of markets</p></li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong> <span>🎯</span></p><ul> <li><p>Finished a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.</p></li> <li><p>2-3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC.</p></li> <li><p>Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. Itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models.</p></li> <li><p>Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.</p></li> <li><p>Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.</p></li> <li><p>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.</p></li> <li><p>Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</p></li> <li><p>High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.</p></li> <li> <p>Fluent in English and Spanish.
