At Franciscan, our Organizational Payer Enrollment Specialist is critical for managing the enrollment of healthcare organizations with various insurance payers. In this role you will ensure compliance with payer requirements, manages documentation, and facilitates communication between the organization and payers to optimize enrollment processes.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Coordinate and oversee the enrollment process for healthcare organizations.

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline the enrollment process and improve efficiency.

• Gather, review, and maintain all necessary documentation for enrollment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and payer requirements.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of enrollment documents and status updates.

• Serve as a liaison between the organization, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve enrollment issues and answer questions regarding coverage.

• Prepare and present enrollment updates and reports to management and stakeholders.

• Generate and analyze reports on enrollment status, metrics, and compliance for management review.

• Monitor trends in payer enrollment and recommend improvements based on data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or relevant field.

• 3 years experience in payer enrollment, credentialing, or a related field within a healthcare setting. Required
