The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improving the many business systems that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, people, engineering, field maintenance, quality, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.

The People Systems Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the discovery, (re)design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our People Systems (HRIS, ATS, Payroll, Staffing, etc.) to meet the growing needs of our company. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the People Org (inclusive of Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Business Partners), Business Systems, other stakeholder teams (Finance, Analytics, business lines), and external vendors to ensure that our People Systems solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Lead the discovery, designing, and implementation, and optimization of core People workflows into People Systems, ensuring alignment with People Org’s strategy and business goals.
• Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for the People Org, providing support, troubleshooting, and training to users.
• Collaborate with People, Business Systems, and Analytics to develop and implement system enhancements, including the creation of custom reports, dashboards, and interfaces.
• Work closely with People teams to optimize processes and workflows inside their systems for improved efficiency and user experience.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants to resolve any technical issues and ensure that services are delivered according to contractual agreements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for procedures, system configurations, and process flows.
• Stay current with trends and developments in People technology to drive innovation and improvements within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 2 years in a solution architecting position
• Strong technical knowledge of common People Systems, such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Rippling, or similar systems.
• Have led multiple RFPs for people systems (namely, HRIS)
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and change management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
