Product Designer

Your responsibilities would include:

• deliver high quality designs: responsible for designing and delivering high quality and persuasive designs that improve the customer experience and drive OpCo value
• design systems: create design systems to improve WOW with other designers and development teams
• wireframes and designs for new innovations: create designs for complete new or existing customer journeys on our global platforms and work closely with different sprint teams to deliver new innovations and user stories
• data driven & experimentation: translate user insights and data into new ideas for designs and creative prototypes and new experiments (AB-tests). Run user-tests and translate insights in new improvements
• design thinking attitude: contribute to an environment of constant innovation using design thinking to solve problems and improve process, techniques, and approaches 
• stakeholder management: you will need to manages different types of stakeholders and collaborates with different teams withing Heineken (PO’s, development teams, CXO specialists and local OpCo’s)

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor/ Masters degree in Design
• 6+ years of experience in similar position
• strong portfolio of designs and examples where you impacted complex customer journeys for different platforms
• knowledge of experimentation and know how to integrate user data into your designs
• great knowledge of Sketch and the Figma.
• perfect English writing and speaking
