What you will do 

• Prepare drawings, specifications, descriptions and estimates pertaining to assigned projects.
• Operate and utilize a variety of Survey equipment, and computer and software applications for Survey duties.
• Serve as subject matter expert for all Land Surveying issues or projects.
• Perform land boundary, cartographic, topographic, photogrammetric (aerial) and geodetic surveys, prepares legal descriptions of property, easements and annexations of Company-related facilities for various Company departments. 
• Travel will be required, as necessary.

What you bring 

• Has attained Arizona Registration as a Land Surveyor in Training (L.S.I.T.)
• Five (5) years or more of Land Surveying experience to include both Field Work and Office Work.
• Proficient in the use of “line-of-sight” and RTK GPS methods of field surveying.
• Proficient in the use of GPS equipment and survey/data controllers.
• Must be advanced in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, surveying drafting, mechanical drawing and standard computer skills 
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD. 
• Proficient in Construction Staking.
