Your New Role…
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Representative / Driver for our busy lighting and grip rental department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their equipment rental needs, processing rental orders, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, and safely transporting equipment to and from various production locations.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate lighting and grip equipment for their production needs. Coordinate equipment pick-up and return with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Create and send estimates to collect purchase order numbers. Process rental orders and agreements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect equipment for damage and ensure it is in working condition before rental. Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track equipment availability.
• Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.
• Collect orders from warehouse, load and unload equipment from the company vehicles. Safely transport equipment to and from production locations in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with the set-up and breakdown of equipment on-site. Secure signature at locations.

Qualifications & Experience…

• 1+ year experience in a rental or warehouse environment preferred
• Knowledge of lighting and grip equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
• Computer PC Proficient
• Knowledge of RTPro Inventory Tracking System preferred
• A record of safe driving with at least 12 months of driving history
• A valid and unrestricted Class A Interstate driver’s license
• A current DOT certified medical certificate required
• Previous experience in driving commercial vehicles preferred
• Forklift certification and experience required
