Requirements
Job Summary:
Lynch Denver is seeking a Parts and Service Assistant to assist with pick-up and delivery of parts and vehicles, detailing, assisting with the completion of paperwork, answering phones, and processing payments.
Requirements:
· Detail vehicles as needed (fully clean the inside and outside, wash, vacuum, steam, and deodorize, apply wax, polish, or protective agents, etc.).
· Pick up and deliver parts and vehicles as needed.
· Aid in maintaining organized parts inventory, tracking parts, and locating components as required.
· Assist technicians by retrieving and delivering parts to support service operations.
· Assist in the completion of service-related paperwork, including work orders and customer documentation.
· Handle warranty and core parts in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
· Maintain accurate records of service and parts activities, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
· Facilitate effective communication between the service and parts departments, promoting collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Valid driver's license
