Position Responsibilities:
- Perform critical Accounts Receivable functions for Boeing’s government defense customers
- Ensure compliance and champion internal controls and procedures
- Analyze data and provide business insights to aid decision making by business and finance leaders
- Engage with the business to assess internal and external factors, their impact on business performance and to achieve organizational objectives
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, macros and linking worksheets
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- 1+ years of experience working with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable research
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $62,050 - $83,950
