THE JOB:

As a Food and Beverage Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants.

THE RATE OF PAY: $19.82

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of all items on the menu
• Take and input orders into point-of-sale (InfoGenesis), receive payment and make proper change, complete required transactions, and categorize tendered receipts by media type
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items to guest as necessary
• Label products for expiration date and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain the cleanliness and the appearance of the front, dining, back and all storage areas
• Unload warehouse order and stock the order in designated storage

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• ​One (1) year guest service experience
• One (1) year food handling in high-volume restaurant/cafe setting
• Understanding of specialty latte and latte art preferred
• Experience with cash handling
• Familiarity with InfoGenesis Point-of-Sale system or similar POS system preferred
