Summary

The Sales & Field Operations Intern at Kia America, Inc. will be responsible for supporting the development of special projects and programs, conducting analysis, benchmarking, and trending, as well as developing executive presentations with the guidance of their supervisor.

This internship is a 10-week, full-time opportunity at Kia America’s Irvine headquarters from June 2, 2025 through August 8, 2025. The position is hybrid with one remote day per week.
 

Major Responsibilities

• Develop reports to support the management of field programs such as Sales Elite program and Field Incentive program.
• Analyze data, conduct automotive industry studies, and identify trends.
• Support special projects as determined by the business. Projects may include updating guidebook for new District Sales Managers and updating Pricing Sheets utilized by the field and dealers
• Develop executive presentations using analyses and data to support new initiatives.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor. This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed, as necessary.
   

Education/Certification

• Enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program required.

Overall Experience

• Must be available for the full duration of the internship from June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025.
