Job Description

Are you a friendly, motivated and highly organized individual? You could be the next addition to our team as a Member Service Representative (MSR)! This is a full-time position.

As an MSR you will be responsible for administrative duties including

• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Preparing communications such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

Qualifications

Qualified individuals should have working knowledge the following skills.

• Customer service experience.
• Computer Skills.
• Outgoing and friendly.
• Prefer 1-2 years of experience with direct customer contact.
• Inventory experience, a plus.
• Microsoft office
• High school diploma, required.

Additional Information

Pay starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
