As a Maintenance Technician, we know you are skilled in some level of maintenance, whether it be carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair and installation. You love getting your hands dirty and enjoy collaborating with your team to fix things. You are detailed, organized, and know how to fix another’s mistake. You recognize that the smallest fix makes the biggest difference. You have current or prior maintenance experience. You have a thirst to learn more. The best tool in your toolbox is your ‘can-do’ attitude.

We are also responsible for all of the park maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnover, and conducting the asset preservation aims of ownership. You are the boots on the ground, the support system for the team, and you help keep everything in working order. What We Would Love for You to Bring to the Table as a Maintenance Technician:

You have firsthand maintenance experience in a mobile home environment. You take pride in your work, and you communicate and interact very well with your team members and the residents. You know the deadline when you see it, and you always beat it. You may know a little bit about computers, namely Microsoft Outlook. You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
