Job Description
Our fast-growing & thriving team is seeking a highly energetic, highly professional Administrative Assistant. This role is critical to the overall success of our team and will help us operate efficiently day-to-day by supporting team members on various administrative tasks, projects, and business initiatives. We seek an Administrative Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, flexible, able to multi-task, and supports others. This position allows us to be a high-functioning team through data management, account management, project implementation, client communications, and upholding our strong, vibrant, inclusive culture.
Essential Responsibilities (may vary somewhat depending on individual team needs)
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and email, and coordinating schedules
- Draft and manage correspondence including letters, and thank you notes, and manage communications for client reviews
- Manage business systems to ensure team functionality
- Generate ideas for and plan team meetings
- Enhance client experience through bulk email communications and organizing meetings
- Handle inbound and outbound mail for clients and team members
- Maintain and organize client files, including scanning documents
- Coordinate work travel, including flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Track and report on continuing education and licenses for Partners and Advisors
- Other miscellaneous duties, as required
Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and interest in learning other systems and platforms
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Moneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65. We also do not allow outside business activities, insurance commissions and/or trails.
