About the Role

As a Project Manager supporting our Realty organization, you’ll play a critical role in managing and delivering multiple initiatives across diverse project streams. You’ll be instrumental in supporting business objectives by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships:
  Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to educate, align on requirements, assess costs, establish ROI, and secure resource commitments. Create and execute communication plans that keep everyone informed and engaged.
• Manage Projects End-to-End:
  Build project plans, schedules, and status updates, ensuring alignment with established objectives and project management standards. Tackle issues proactively, monitor budgets, and make adjustments to keep initiatives on track.
• Drive Accountability and Results:
  Oversee multiple projects and work streams, ensuring execution of tasks, timely delivery, and smooth transitions between project phases. Identify changes early and escalate for leadership input when needed.
• Foster Excellence and Team Development:
  Attract, mentor, and develop associates; provide recognition; and create a workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered to succeed.
• Champion Culture and Compliance:
  Uphold company values, ethics, and standards of integrity. Guide teams to leverage digital tools and new ways of working, always striving for continuous improvement.
• Act as a Change Agent:
  Bring agility and a keen sense for problem solving, adapting quickly to evolving business needs. Dig deep with partners to understand challenges and communicate solutions effectively.

• Ability to juggle shifting priorities and workloads, hitting KPIs while maintaining high standards.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for influencing and motivating others.
• Comfort with ambiguity; you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
