Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Junior Social Media Manager to join our team. This part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) is perfect for a social media enthusiast with a flair for content creation and a knack for community-building. If you’re passionate about storytelling, keeping up with next-gen trends, and driving engagement, this role is for you! A portfolio showcasing your social media work, including examples of content you’ve created, is required to be considered for this role.
Part Time: 10 hours per week
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram.
• Create high-quality Instagram Reels, utilizing trending audio, formats, and strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Interact with followers, foster meaningful conversations, and build vibrant online communities.
• Implement innovative tactics to increase followers, engagement rates, and overall brand presence.
• Support content creation with basic graphic design, copywriting, and video editing (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
• English Resume is required
• Experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, with a focus on Reels.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement tactics.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to capture a brand’s voice.
• Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new content formats.
• Basic graphic design, copywriting, and/or video editing skills (preferred).
