WORKING STUDENT, TECH DEPARTMENT – EP CUBE (m/f/d)

About the role

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our international Tech Department, we are seeking a motivated Working Student to support our team in Munich. This position plays a key role in supporting the EP Cube, our modern Home Energy Storage solution, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the documentation and coordination of a cutting-edge energy technology product.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Input Collection: Gather and organize all relevant technical and business input from the Headquarters necessary for documentation related to the EP Cube.
 
Documentation Creation: Develop clear, accurate, and structured technical documents, manuals, and process descriptions that support the EP Cube's implementation and usage.
 
Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with the EMEA tech team and HQ to ensure technical documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned across regions.
 
Version Control & Maintenance: Support version management and updates of technical documents to reflect new releases, features, or process changes.
 
Administrative Support: Help organize and maintain centralized documentation repositories, ensuring easy access for internal stakeholders.

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.

LOCATION

  • Munich

Your backpack is filled with

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Technical Communication, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic about modern energy technologies and eager to work on real-world applications like the EP Cube.
  • Previous experience in documentation, technical writing, or administrative support through internships or student jobs is a plus.
  • Available to work 15–20 hours per week during the semester, with increased availability during breaks preferred.
