Public Relations and Communications Assistant – Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of live promotional events and customer-focused campaigns assigned by the Marketing Manager

• Coordinate and manage daily event operations, including setup, staffing, and customer engagement

• Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating brand messaging to event attendees and retail customers

• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align public relations strategies with promotional activities

• Assist with the design, creation, and distribution of marketing materials and event displays

• Maintain accurate records of event performance, inventory, and customer feedback

• Help monitor and improve campaign performance metrics and engagement tools

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, store staff, and local partners

• Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign impact and event execution

• Potential to grow into senior campaign management or PR coordination roles based on performance
