Role Overview

We are seeking a multiskilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to carry out a predominantly design role with configuration/testing ability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical systems and assisting in configuring and testing those systems to meet the desired specifications.

What will you be doing?

• Creation of design documentation for electrical systems: specifications, cable schedules, block diagrams, Bill of Materials, cable and loom drawings
• Electrical testing of cable systems and control panels
• Configuration of hardware
• Functional testing

What are we looking for?

• Experience of a variety of electrical systems – control panels, cabling systems, servodrives and logic controllers
• Test and fault-finding experience
• Electrical design experience
• Relevant qualification BTEC or HNC qualification minimum.
