Front-end Engineer (A/B) Testing

Overview:ASICS Digital is seeking a highly talented and motivated Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. Specializing in A/B testing, you will be responsible for constructing, implementing, and managing A/B tests primarily using Dynamic Yield. You will leverage your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build and deploy client-side HTML/CSS/JS widgets that modify the page for a variety of tests. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of web development, A/B testing methodologies, and a passion for data-driven decision making. 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute A/B tests primarily using Dynamic Yield.
• Construct basic client-side HTML/CSS/JS widgets that drop in and modify the page according to the requirements of the test.
• ·Collaborate with product and design teams to understand project objectives and deliver solutions that meet those objectives.
• ·Ensure all testing activities are properly documented and communicated to relevant team members.
• Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to A/B testing and frontend development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools, with a focus on Dynamic Yield.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Familiarity with Design Systems.
• Knowledge of ContentStack.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

Location:

• Boston, MA is the preferred location for this position (Hybrid). The Company will consider a remote work arrangement in the following locations only: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MO, NH, NJ (except for Jersey City), NV, OH, OR, PA, NC, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, or WI.
