SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Lead

Primary responsibility is to facilitate program-level execution, remove impediments, manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. Facilitate all major Program Increment (PI) events, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect &amp; Adapt workshops. Work with Product Management and System Architects to ensure the product backlog is prioritized and ready for planning, coordinate dependencies between Agile teams, and provide transparent progress reporting to leadership, including burndown and burn-up charts. The RTE's primary objective is to guide the ART in delivering a continuous and predictable flow of high-quality software value to the warfighter.</p> <p><strong>Must have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10 years of experience in engineering&nbsp;</li> <li>3 years of experience leading a large scale program&nbsp;</li> <li>Possess expert knowledge in Agile/Scrum or program increment leadership</li> <li>Proven record facilitating PI/SAFe ceremonies and managing issue/risk resolution</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of equivalent experience)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span class="TextRu
