Responsibilities 

• This is a 4-month internship position with 20+ hours per week, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
• Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Primarily help with the Salesforce Release and Change Management process. 
• Perform Quality Analysis of various Salesforce Object configurations and workflows.
• Participate in data cleansing and data migration activities.
• Work with internal and external team members to document workflows and business processes as needed.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Salesforce functionality.
• Learn about best practices in Salesforce administration and contribute to documentation.
• Contribute to projects related to integration with other systems and tools.
• Assist in user training and adoption initiatives to ensure successful utilization of Salesforce.

Qualifications 

• Current enrollment in a relevant Masters program such as Computer Science or a related field.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Familiarity with version control systems and deployment methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Any Prior experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud would be greatly advantageous.

Compensation  

The compensation for this position is $25.00 per hour. 

• Twin Health will support with school credit for this internship.
• If an entry level Salesforce Developer position opens, the intern will be considered for this role.
