Reporting to the Sr. Director of People & Culture, the People & Culture Specialist (Total Rewards & Programs) will join the People Experience Operations team within the People & Culture (P&C) department. The P&C Specialist supports the design, administration, and execution of key People & Culture programs, with emphasis on performance management, employee recognition, compensation, training support, and policy documentation. This role also partners on onboarding activities to ensure new employees experience a consistent and positive introduction to the organization. This position may be located in one of the following locations:

What You'll Do
- Supports the administration of compensation programs, including pay structures, merit cycles, and SCA integration, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Assists with the operational cycle of performance management, ensuring alignment between pay-for-performance, recognition, and organizational goals.
- Coordinates and administers employee recognition programs, including spot awards, service awards, and engagement initiatives.
- Partners with the People & Culture team on onboarding and new employee orientation (NEO) activities to ensure a positive and consistent new hire experience.
- Develops and maintains process and policy documentation, ensuring systems-driven alignment and consistency across programs.
- Creates and delivers training materials and presentations to support employee and manager understanding of HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Provides reporting and insights related to compensation, performance, and recognition programs to support decision-making.
- Collaborates with colleagues across the People & Culture function to ensure alignment, compliance, and integration of P&C programs with organizational policies.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and program enhancement within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- HS Diploma and five (5) years of experience or three (3) years of experience with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- At least five (5) years of experience supporting Human Resources or People & Culture operations.
- Demonstrates proficiency utilizing a Human Capital Management (HCM) system (ADP highly desired).
- Possesses intermediate-to-expert level experience in reporting, analytics, and program support.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Travel Required ~10% travel required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is desired.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is highly desired.
