Job Description 

The EMEA Stores & Events Executive will be responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager on regional Marketing activations including new store openings, store marketing and in-house and agency events.

They will be an integral part of our EMEA Marketing Team, based in our regional Head Office in London and working jointly with our cross-functional Global Marketing Teams, based in Columbus, Ohio

This job is located at our Regional Head Office in London, England.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Support the Marketing team to deliver seasonal and annual plans for all events across Abercrombie and Hollister.

  • Responsible for project managing EMEA store marketing including planning localised campaign outputs and regional requirements seasonally and annually.

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager to proactively manage external agency partners and projects, including on-boarding new vendors and launching new projects.

  • Support the Global new store opening team to help launch new stores in the EMEA region through events, partners and customer facing activations.

  • Edit and optimise global marketing assets for the EMEA audience and project manage regional nuanced marketing requests.

  • Produce regular reporting on relevant Marketing activities in region.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally both in Europe and Globally to communicate and execute all regional stores and events plans and updates.

  • Provide creative ideas for new trends in Marketing, Gen Z and fashion whilst working closely with Insights team to ensure we’re always on the pulse of what’s coming up in industry.

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Events or related field required.

  • Ideally will have 1 year’s work experience in Marketing, retail, project management or related role.

  • Strong planning, organisation, numerical and prioritisation skills.

  • Experience in project management across marketing channels a plus.

  • Experience having worked in a fast paced, multi-channel, retail environment a plus.

  • Will be resilient, enthusiastic, comfortable with ambiguity & will thrive in a fast-paced, fluid retail environment.

  • Will have a keen understanding of Gen Z market, identifying brand marketing opportunities and love being first to know of new trends in social media, influencers, PR and retail.

  • Will be totally comfortable with project and process management and able to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts across a Global organisation.
