We are looking for our future Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Project Manager (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

As a Senior SC & Logistics Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan, organize, and control internal and external (3PL) resources, procedures and timing for development programs including high complex projects that are part of it and belonging to strategic field of growth development.
You are accountable for the project structuration of the program as for the project(s) lead until completion criteria are met. You manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager and coach, review and delegate work to other employees.
 

 

Your mission

• You organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop projects schedules and determine resource requirements
• Your program management can involve the management of external partners and partnerships at international level
• You support the planned adaptions, implementations and regularly audits on-site
• With monitoring and reporting on the status of program & projects including cost, timing and staffing, you ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards
• You communicate at top management level (up to Vorstand)
• You establish a program strategy and identify/ resolve obstacles to completing projects in time and to budget
• On some projects, the work may include to make the choice and manage international partners, to participate to the contract writing and to integrate vendor tasks into the project plan and to track and review vendor deliverables
• You contribute to the definition, application and enforcement of the rules regarding Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy of the area

 

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification as a basis for your daily work in the SC & Logistics environment
• You have got more than 10 years’ experience in a similar role to ensure the success of our project management
• As an experience project manager you are familiar with difficult and complex problems as well as with the management of multiple, interrelated projects at the same time
• You are passionate about the work with multidisciplinary teams and worldwide partners as part of the projects related to the strategics field of growth
• Your project management skills in line with your presentation skills enable you to convince and align the project team member
• You master goal setting and you pay attention to details
• For you scope, time, quality and resources are key factors in your work and you provide risk and cost management skills
• You are willing to travel and to communicate with your international colleagues you speak fluent English, German and/ or French language skills would be considered as an asset
