Director of Health & Wellness Center- Full Time

The Director is to plan, administer, and direct operation of wellness center, health promotions, rehabilitation services and occupational medicine clinic.

Minimum Education
Master's degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.

Minimum Work Experience
 A minimum of five years of related clinical and medical fitness experience in health care administration, preferably with a multiservice facility.

• Required Skills
  Knowledge of rehabilitation, wellness and occupational medicine programs, services, and evidenced based care practices, procedures, techniques, laws, regulations, and standards required.
• Knowledge of care transition models and disease management and rehabilitation services indications.
• Knowledge of organizational theory and practice, group dynamics, decision making processes, human resource management, financial management, and marketing.
