What you'll do...
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects:
Identify workforce and operational needs
Develop and communicate business plans and priorities
Remove barriers and obstacles impacting performance

Advanced Economic Analysis & Causal Inference:
Structure hypotheses, research questions, and strategic advice
Apply causal inference methodologies (e.g., difference-in-differences, synthetic control methods)
Leverage econometric techniques (e.g., panel data models, event study methodologies)
Design and execute controlled experiments using A/B testing frameworks
Implement causal inference methods to measure the impact of workforce programs
Data Science & Analytics:
Explore and validate workforce and labor market data
Produce advanced summary statistics and evaluate complex correlations
Apply machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised learning, clustering algorithms)
Leverage third-party labor market data sources for analysis
Technical Excellence:
Write high-quality, production-grade code in Python and SQL
Develop interactive dashboards and automated reporting systems
Strategic Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate complex workforce analysis and economic concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Mentor analytical teams on causal inference methodologies and machine learning applications
What You'll Bring...
Key Technical Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for large-scale workforce data analysis
Expertise in causal inference methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, synthetic control)
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms
Knowledge of third-party labor market data vendors and workforce intelligence platforms
Familiarity with labor economics and workforce analytics methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
5+ years of experience in applied economics with focus on labor markets or workforce analytics
Experience leading complex analytical projects in workforce or labor market research
Understanding of labor market dynamics, wage determination, and workforce mobility patterns
