Customer Relations Manager

The Customer Relations Manager (CRM) is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by managing relationships between the dealership and its customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Satisfaction & Retention

• Conduct follow-ups with customers after sales and service visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Complaint Resolution

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with department managers to address and prevent recurring customer issues.
• Document and track customer concerns to identify trends and improve dealership operations.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Manage customer appreciation events, surveys, and dealership promotions.
• Monitor online reviews and social media feedback, responding professionally to customer comments.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive dealership settings preferred.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
