Manager, Marketplace Store - Jordan GC

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON:

RETAIL CONCEPT MANAGEMENT

-Responsible for tracking and managing the performance of retail concept stores within work scope, including the implementation and execution of seasonal key initiatives.-Collaborate with x function peers to advance the concept transformation. Ensure to achieve the annual target.

ACCOUNT PARTNERSHIP

-Partner with account team to drive Jordan seasonal/annual strategy/AOP implementation.-Stay informed about accounts business trend and plans through weekly and monthly meetings, assisting the LT in formulating effective strategies.-Drive account alignment on the short/mid term Jordan business tactics and provide ongoing significant support for client-side communication.

SELL IN

-As a core member, work closely with FOP, DSM, and Store Merch to ensure accurate communication and feedback at every critical gates, and in collaboration with the ACCT team to achieve the final OTB targets.-Work closely with PGTM and account team to deliver customized sell in experiences.

SHIPMENT

-Plan, coordinate and track the MPU's quarterly shipment plan. Communicate timely with x function to ensure shipment progress based on targets.

SELL THROUH

-Track the sell through performance of key products on a weekly basis, effectively providing feedback to x function counterparts on market opportunities and competitor trends.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

-With a rich background in the sporting goods industry-Proven professional product knowledge and skillset of biz planning-Experiences affinity for strategic account management preferred-Strong result focus and ability to take effective action against biz challenges-Teamwork and change embracing is highly required-Bachelor degree or above
