Project Manager (Enterprise/Data)

About the role: 

We’re looking for a Project Manager for our consulting team with a history of managing complex projects for highly technical companies.  Machine learning experience is a big plus, but it’s most important that you’ve worked with programming and IT teams doing advanced projects for large enterprise customers.  It’s essential that you can manage a number of resources effectively, multitask and keep projects moving along smoothly.

Responsibilities: 

• Schedule consulting resources efficiently
• Project planning for machine learning consulting projects
• Effectively manage multiple projects and team schedules
• Keeping projects on track and on budget
• Reviewing objectives and goals with stakeholders
• Adjusting goals as circumstances change
• Build strong charts and timelines that are easily understood

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years in a highly technical project management
• Experience on technical consulting teams is a big plus
• Able to schedule resources
• Extensive project planning capabilities
• Strong attention to fine grain details
• Flexible and able to adjust schedules as real world circumstances change timelines but good at keeping people to timelines as often as possible
• Experience working with highly technical products and services
• Good at managing and/or motivating others to get things done
• Experience with SaaS project management software that tracks timelines, responsibilities
• Strong people skills
• Able to deal with a wide variety of personalities
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competency in Agile and/or mixed PM frameworks
