Purpose of the Role
The General Superintendent plays a critical role in bringing Worley’s purpose of delivering a more sustainable world to life. This role leads and coordinates all on-site activities to safely, efficiently, and successfully complete complex projects. Acting as a key partner between engineering, procurement, and field operations, the General Superintendent ensures that projects are executed in alignment with Worley’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and value creation for our customers.
