About the role
Techno is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to support construction projects by conducting site visits, capturing photography and videography, and preparing graphic tracking reports to document project progress. The role also includes creating presentations to report updates to internal Agency leadership and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Prepare Graphic Tracking Reports for the Construction Management Division to illustrate progress on major construction contracts, including financial and schedule tracking.
- Assist the Chief of Construction with graphics, photography, and technical support for presentations.
- Support the Chief Engineer in developing graphics, photos, and videos for Engineering Department presentations.
- Generate BIM visualization models to illustrate complex contract geometry; coordinate with BIM Manager to integrate 4D (schedule) and 5D (cost) data into graphic reports.
- Support the Construction Management Division in BIM process integration.
- OSHA 30 certified.
- Ability to obtain high SWAC, SIDA, or TWIC clearance for access to airports or ports as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of construction management related experience of building construction and transportation projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and preparation.
- Valid Driver's License required.

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $61,422 - $107,762 per year. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
